Non-Refundable Deposit Policy • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • The deposit will be applied toward the final service cost. • If the client cancels or reschedules the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required for rebooking. Late Arrival Policy (10-Minute Grace Period) • Clients are given a 10-minute grace period to arrive. • 10+Minutes Late: A late fee of will $25 will be added to the service total. •15+ Minutes Late: The appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show, resulting in a charge of 100% of the service fee. No-Show Policy • 100% Service Fee Charged – No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. • Deposit Forfeited – Any deposit paid will not be refunded or transferred. • Future Appointments- You will no longer be able to book. • Repeat No-Shows and cancellations May Be Refused Service – Consistently missing appointments may result in the client being unable to book in the future. To avoid being marked as a no-show, clients should notify at least 48 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule Attention: When booking an appointment, you must enter the name of the person receiving the service, not your own (unless you are the client). Entering incorrect information causes miscommunication and may result in issues with your appointment. Failure to follow this guideline may lead to cancellations or delays. Thank you!Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
All Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged the full remaining balance. If you cancel within 72 hours you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance due. ANY CLIENT that CANCELS the day before or day of their appointment will be charged the full remaining balance of the amount the is due.
Also make sure to put the full name of the person attending the appointment and only book for yourself.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment then your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the balance. Also no call no shows will be charged 100% of the balance. To cancel you must text (313)558-0848
